Air Guidance and Policy Documents
The Division of Air Resources (DAR) has developed policy documents for use by DEC staff, the public, and regulated facilities. These documents provide information on the application of the air quality program's regulations and requirements. These program policy documents, known as DAR guides, go through a formal public notice and comment period.
