Proposed Amendments to 6 NYCRR 750-1.25, " References."
On May 17, 2022, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) filed a Notice of Proposed Rule Making with the New York Department of State to amend 750-1.25 of Title 6 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules, and Regulations of the State of New York (6 NYCRR). The proposed rule making would revise references contained in 6 NYCRR 750-1.25 to include the most updated version of the referenced statutes, regulations, and guidance.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making is published in issue 22 of the State Register, dated June 1, 2022.
