DEC Seeks Public's Assistance in Identifying Subject in Broome County
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is seeking the public's assistance in identifying a man pictured near a site where tools and metal valued at $1,500 were stolen from a DEC Flood Control building in the village of Johnson City, Broome County.
