New York State to Recognize Towns and Village for Climate Leadership
What: Representatives from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and elected officials will recognize Manlius, Owasco, Pulaski, and Richland for their climate leadership and actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve community resiliency, and support the State's ambitious transition to cleaner, renewable energy sources.
