Mean Depth: 9 feet
County & Town: Oneida County, Town of Forestport

Access:

DEC hand launch site on Long Lake Road at the intersection of Capron Road in the Town of Forestport. Accessible.

Fish Species:

Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Yellow Perch, Rock Bass, Brown Bullhead, Walleye, Black Crappie, Northern Pike, Pumpkinseed, White Sucker, Golden Shiner

Fishing:

Quality smallmouth and largemouth bass up to 20 inches roam these waters. Northern pike up to 35 inches have been reported as well. Walleye have been stocked by the lake association and some reaching 20 inches have been reported. A decent panfish population exists, although it won't attract great numbers of anglers due to their small size.
