Grafton Lakes State Park

Although Grafton Lakes State Park is located in Rensselaer County, its elevation on the Rensselaer Plateau appeals to wildlife more representative of the Adirondacks and Catskills. Located between the Taconic and Hudson valleys, the site has five large ponds and a reservoir.
