Silver Mine Lake, located inside Harriman State Park, is a good choice if you are targeting largemouth bass and panfish.

Area: 84 acres
Shoreline Length: 1.9 miles
Maximum Depth: 25 feet
County & Town: Orange County, Town of Woodbury

Access:

Provided by Palisades Interstate Park Commission (PIPC). Located off of Seven Lakes Rd. A PIPC boat permit is required. No gas motors. For more information, call 845-786-2701.

Fish Species:

Silver Mine Lake

Largemouth Bass, Chain Pickerel, Yellow Perch, Rock Bass and Sunfish.

Fishing:

Try using a minnow or nightcrawler on the edge of the lily pads and near shoreline structure.
