Access:

In the Village of Scotia- Collins Park boat launch is located on the south end of the lake. Off Schonowee Ave. (behind Jumpin' Jacks Drive-In) on Kiwanis Way, behind baseball field. Cartop launch located on east shoreline off Washington Ave.

Fish Species:

Chain Pickerel, Northern Pike, Central Stoneroller, Common Carp, Eastern Silvery Minnow, Golden Shiner, Emerald Shiner, Spottail Shiner, Spotfin Shiner, Fallfish, White Sucker, Yellow Bullhead, Brown Bullhead, Brook Silverside, White Perch, Rock Bass, Pumpkinseed, Bluegill, Smallmouth Bass, Largemouth Bass, White Crappie, Black Crappie, Yellow Perch

Fishing:

Collins Lake is a very popular in the capital district. The lake provides good action for panfish and predator species.
