Lake Huntington

Lake Huntington provides anglers the opportunity to target a variety of warmwater fish. Additionally, walleye are occasionally stocked by private groups and recent surveys have shown they survive well and grow to a relatively large size.

Shoreline Length: 1.6 miles
Max Depth: 35 feet
Mean Depth: 8.9 feet

Access:

NYS DEC concrete boat launch off of Route 42 on Narrowsburg Rd in the Town of Cochecton. Parking for 5 cars and trailers. View the Lake Huntington Contour Map (PDF).

Fish Species:

Walleye, Black Crappie, Largemouth Bass, Chain Pickerel and Panfish.

Anglers have a lot of success catching the walleye using krocodile spoons and worm harnesses.
