Post-Flood Emergency Stream Intervention Trainings

DEC, in cooperation with Soil and Water Conservation Districts in New York State, is offering Post-Flood Emergency Stream Intervention Training sessions at various locations. These training sessions are designed for the following audiences:

  • Municipal Highway/Department of Public Works staff
  • Local contractors
  • Municipal officials (i.e., Town Supervisors, County Highway Superintendents)
  • County Soil and Water Conservation District staff
  • Environmental organizations
  • County legislators
