Gentlemen:
It is my understanding the parties have entered into a stipulation dated November 30, 2012 that resolves all issues with regards to the SPDES permit matter that is pending before the Department. Accordingly, I hereby close the hearing file in this matter, and remand the matter to Department staff to process the SPDES permit pursuant to the terms of the stipulation.
I would like to thank the parties for their efforts and cooperation in this matter.
