Surface Restriction Variances

The wells listed below have been proposed to vary from statewide surface restrictions, and require exceptions from the surface restrictions under Part 553.2 of 6 NYCRR. The well operators' requests for exceptions are currently under review by staff in the Oil & Gas Regulation Section, Bureau of Oil & Gas Permitting and Management, in the Albany office of the Division of Mineral Resources.
