Project Description:
Applicant proposes to construct a two-story single family dwelling, attached garage and gravel driveway. Install an Innovative Alternative On-Site Wastewater Treatment System (I/A OWTS). All structures within 100 feet of the freshwater wetland SO-36. Establish a 50 foot wide non-turf buffer landward of the freshwater wetland boundary. Property located at 480 Ackerly Pond Lane, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, SCTM# 1000-69-3-13, FWW#SO-36.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination:
Project is not subject to SEQR because it is a Type II action.

State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination:
A cultural resources survey has been completed and cultural resources were identified. Based on information provided in the survey report, the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) has determined that the proposed activity will have no adverse impact on registered or eligible archaeological sites or historic structures. No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.
Coastal Management:
This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
