Two vacant, contiguous parcels containing a combined 1.64 acres of land are surplus and no longer useful or necessary for state program purposes and has abandoned the property to the Commissioner of General Services for sale or other disposition as Unappropriated State Land.

Negative Declaration
Tompkins County - The City of Ithaca Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Alpha Phi Alpha Residence Renovations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant to renovate and restore the existing building, demolish the existing lower-level addition, expand the building footprint by 275 square foot with a 1,120 square foot replacement addition, and modify the site to accommodate new Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant parking. Site improvements include a regraded entry drive lane for ADA accessibility, permeable grass pavers, a 1,500 square foot rain garden, and landscaping. The project is located in the R-U zoning district and will not require variances. The project is located at 105 Westbourne Lane in the City of Ithaca, New York.
