Project Description:
Applicant proposes to remove and replace areas of existing functional bulkheading, in-place, and construct new bulkheading in other areas all along the perimeter of the property that is waterfront. The applicant also proposes to install a 4,800 square foot native wetland buffer area between the bulkhead and existing fence.
