Negative Declaration
St. Lawrence County - The Town of Waddington Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Iroquois will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision and sale of surplus lands to the properties back on the tax roll and create alternative revenue to supplement town tax dollars. Land includes 19 waterfront lots with average acreage/lot to sell is 5.10 acres. Total acreage to sell is 104.79 acres. Lots will be sold for single family use. The project is located in the Town of Waddington, New York.
