The facility has an existing SPDES General Permit GP 0-15-001 which authorizes the discharge of 12,000 GPD to groundwater, however a new permit is required as the new treatment system is no longer eligible for the General Permit. The applicant's facility, a resort and spa, located at 7491 State Route 55, in the Town of Neversink, Sullivan County.

Project Description:
The proposed project involves disturbance to Wicker's Creek, which flows into North Brook (Class C, Water Index # H-11). The disturbance is associated with the stabilization of an eroded streambank as it runs adjacent to a residential parking lot. Stabilization methods will entail placing riprap along approximately 340 feet of the slope and native vegetation will be planted above the riprap.
