Negative Declaration

Chautauqua County - The Town of Busti Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Local Law #4 of 2022 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves amending the current regulations in the Town of Busti Zoning Code of solar energy systems, with particular attention to large-scale solar energy systems.
