Negative Declaration
Saratoga County - The Town of Wilton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Palmertown Ridge Subdivision-Woodard Road will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application by Witt Construction, Inc. for a three (3) lot residential subdivision. The project is located on Woodard Road in the Town of Wilton, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft GEIS and Public Hearing
Saratoga County - The Town of Ballston Town Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Comprehensive Plan update and Zoning Amendments. A public hearing on the Draft GEIS will be held on February 8, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at 323 Charlton Road, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 or via Zoom. Written comments on the Draft GEIS will be accepted until February 18, 2022. The Draft GEIS is available from the Town of Ballston Town Hall, 323 Charlton Road, Ballston Spa, NY; the Ballston Community Library, 2 Lawlar Lane, Burnt Hills, NY and on line at: https://www.townofballstonny.org/ and https://www.envisionballston.com/.
The action involves the adoption of the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Amendments. The proposed Comprehensive Plan looks to ensure the community retained its rural, smalltown character, remained a great place to live and that the area's natural resources, open spaces and agricultural land were protected. The proposed Comprehensive Plan recommendations may result in zoning changes which may generate additional commercial or residential growth in targeted areas of the Town of Ballston. This Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement (Draft GEIS) is intended to convey general and technical information regarding the potential environmental impacts of adopting the proposed Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Amendments. The project is located throughout the Town of Ballston, New York.
