The proposed solar facility will consist of 11,882 photovoltaic (PV) modules mounted on 213 individual single axis tracker racking frames with a maximum height of 10 feet. Ancillary structures include two equipment pads for the electrical equipment, a gravel-surfaced site access road, and paths to access the solar arrays. The perimeter of the solar arrays will be enclosed with a 7 foot high fence. The fenced-in area will occupy approximately 39.86 acres of the 46.81 acre site. The project is located at 5672 State Route 11 in the Town of Burke, New York.

The action involves a proposal by SunEast Limestone Solar, LLC for the construction of a 19.99 megawatt Solar Farm. The combined size of the three (3) parcels is approximately 392 ± acres. The Solar Farm proposal will physically alter approximately 145 ± acres of the project site. The project is located off of Bishop Road in the Town of Perth, New York.

Warren County - The Town of Chester, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Approved Local Land Use Program (ALLUP) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. Warren County - The Town of Johnsburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Formation and Construction of North Creek Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the formation of a sewer district and construction of the conveyance system and wastewater treatment plant by the Town of Johnsburg to serve the Hamlet of North Creek and surrounding areas. Wastewater in the proposed area is currently treated by individual septic systems of various treatment type, construction, age, and performance. Due to small lot sizes and other constraints, new replacement septic systems would not meet current design standards; and the lack of a centralized sewer system has limited economic investment in the area. Much of the project area has been previously disturbed as the area already has a municipal water system and the conveyance system and wastewater treatment plant are located in previously developed areas. The project is located in the Hamlet of North Creek, Town of Johnsburg, New York.
