Project Description:

The applicant proposes disturbance to Freshwater Wetland MO-11 (Class II) and its 100-foot adjacent area associated with the installation of a 24-inch sewer main. The proposal would involve installation of approximately 71 linear feet of sewer main within the wetland (including a crossing of an unnamed, Class C tributary of the Ramapo River), and approximately 789 linear feet of sewer main in the adjacent area. The proposed wetland disturbances would be located to the west of County Route 105, beginning near its intersection with County Route 64 and continuing to the west alongside NYS Route 17.

Rockland Rowing Association, Inc. proposes the installation of a new dock, and the relocation of a previously installed dock, on Rockland Lake, WIN NJ-1-13-P985, Class B, located in Clarkstown, Rockland County.

One dock includes (5) 12'x20' floating sections, secured to the lakebed by (10) 3'x2'x6" concrete deadmen and galvanized chain. The other dock will be (3) 6'x20' and (3) 8'x25' floating sections, secured to the lakebed by (12) 3'x2'x6"concrete deadmen and galvanized chain. The total facility perimeter of the docking facility will be 11,142 SF.
