Negative Declaration

Chenango County - The Town of Coventry Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Solar Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an application by the applicants, NSF Coventry Site 2, LLC and NSF Coventry Site 3, LLC, to the Town of Coventry Planning Board for the approval to construct and operate a 2 5MW AC solar arrays to be installed on three individual parcels located at the corner of NYS Route 41 and NYS Route 206 in the Town of Coventry, New York. The project includes the installation of an access road, utility trenching, ancillary electrical facilities, fencing, and a vegetative screen for each 5MW AC solar array.

Tioga County - The Town of Tioga Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Delaware River Solar- NY Tioga III, LLC Community Solar Farm will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal for a solar photovoltaic project (NY Tioga III, LLC) on a 21.25 acre portion of a 38.90 acre parcel of undeveloped land. The proposed project will involve the installation of ground mounted photovoltaic panels on the parcel, as well as the construction of limited use previous gravel access road, electric utility upgrades, power inverters and perimeter fencing for the community solar farm. The community solar farm will benefit homeowners, small businesses and other users in the Town and surrounding utility service area. The project is located at 3167 State Route 17C in the Town of Tioga, New York.

Notice of Availability of Draft Scope

Onondaga County - The Village of Fayetteville Planning Board, as lead agency, has made the Draft Scope for the proposed Grocery Store, Senior Facility and Commercial Building, available. The Draft Scope is available from the contact listed below and on line at: www.fayettevilleny.gov under News or Document Links.

The action involves a request by the applicant, Laker Development NY LLC/Millstone Development Group LLC, for a Site Plan, Subdivision, and Special Use Permit approvals and Variances to construct three commercial buildings with a combined footprint of approximately 100,000 square feet on a currently vacant lot formerly used commercially by O'Brien & Gere and Accurate Tool & Die. The site location is zoned half Industrial and half R-1 (residential one family). The concept plan includes subdividing the parcel into four lots: Industrial zoned portion into three lots for a grocer, a memory care assisted living facility and a smaller outparcel for potential retail/medical office use, and the fourth lot would be the Residential zoned portion of the property. The project is located at 547 East Genesee Street in the Village of Fayetteville, Town of Manlius, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final SGEIS

Onondaga County - The Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency (IDA), as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed White Pine Commerce Park (formerly known as Clay Business Park). The action involves a proposal by the Onondaga County IDA for the expansion of its business park known as the White Pine Commerce Park (Park) to approximately 1,250 ± acres (Project). Onondaga County IDA currently owns approximately 648 ± acres, 282 ± acres in contract, and plans to acquire approximately 320 ± additional acres to the east of the existing Park. The acreage to be acquired consists of parcels that are primarily contiguous to the current Park, and are generally located along Route 31, and along the east and west sides of Burnett Road. The Project purpose is to enable Onondaga County IDA to market the Park to a larger, more diverse mix of potential industrial and commercial developers, including the nano technology industry, by making the site more attractive to a broader scope of industries. The expanded Park will be capable of supporting a mix of industrial and/or commercial uses with related office space, advanced state-of-the-art research, large- or small-scale manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, data management, material processing and distribution facilities in a campus-like setting. The project is located northeast of the intersection of NYS Route 31 and Caughdenoy Road in the Town of Clay, New York.
