Negative Declaration
Washington County - The Town of Hartford Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 2.9 Megawatt (MW) Solar Array will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a 2.9 MW array is located on an approximately 20 acre portion of the 304 acre parcel with access originating on NYS Route 196. The project is located at 3841 State Route 196 in the Town of Hartford, New York.
