Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Town of Greece Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Acquest Development Warehouse and Distribution Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the site plan approval for a proposed warehouse and distribution center (290,000 ± square foot), with related parking, utilities, grading, and landscaping on approximately 98.75 acres. The project is located at 1500 Lexington Avenue in the Town of Greece, New York.

Schuyler County - The Village of Watkins Glen, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water System Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves upgrades to the Village water system including: installation of a new intake screen and line, renovation of raw water pump station, new vertical pressure filters at the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), upgrades to existing finishing filters and underdrains at the WTP, construction of an additional (approximately) 0.5MG water storage tank, installation of baffles in the existing Steuben Street Tank, rehabilitation of Steuben Street Tank, upgrades to the Steuben Street pump station, generator replacement, replacement of 4 inch distribution mains, valves, and SCADA upgrades to the system. The project is located throughout the Village of Watkins Glen, New York.

Steuben County - The Village of Bath, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrades will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves various upgrades to existing facilities at the Village of Bath Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in order to meet new discharge permit requirements, increase the treatment capacity of the WWTP and replace aging equipment. In addition, the project includes the construction of new facilities to incorporate membrane bioreactor technology into the treatment process. The project is located at 144 East Morris Street in the Village of Bath, New York.
