Negative Declaration

Albany County - The Town of Coeymans, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of the Town of Coeymans Comprehensive Plan Amendment (2021), a targeted update of the 2006 Comprehensive Plan document and much of the intent and focus of the previous goals and recommendations are retained herein. The existing Plan shall continue to serve as the guiding document for the future development of the Town with additional recommended actions in the areas of Economic Development, Infrastructure, Transportation, Natural Resources and Agriculture, Land Use and Zoning and Government Administration and Policies. The project is located throughout the Town of Coeymans, New York.

Albany County - The New York State Department of Transportation (NYS DOT), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Route 144 over the Hannacrois Creek will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of the NYS Route 144 bridge over the Hannacrois Creek. The project is located on NYS Route 144 n the town of Coeymans, New York.

Albany County - The City of Albany Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 67 Livingston Avenue will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a six story mixed-use structure with 67 dwelling units and 2,006 ± square foot of commercial space. An existing 1,486 ±square foot residential structure at 67 Livingston Avenue is proposed to be demolished. The project is located at 788 and 794 Broadway; 67 and 71 Livingston Avenue in the City of Albany, New York.
