The applicant proposes disturbances to the bed and banks of West Branch Beer Kill [Water Index Number H-139-14-38-3-1, Class B(TS)], associated with streambank stabilization to address stream resiliency in an effort to decrease future flooding. At site #2, approximately 788 linear feet of disturbances are proposed to install stream barbs, boulders and retaining walls (gabion baskets), and the extension of an existing stone revetment wall. Site #2 is located near the intersection of Barbara Road and Old Greenfield Road. At site #5, approximately 763 linear feet of disturbances are proposed for the installation of a rock toe revetment with stream bars, rock clusters, and boulder placements. Site #5 is located on Old Greenfield Road approximately one mile west from the intersection of Old Greenfield Road and Barbara Road.
