The applicant proposes to install a mobile substation near an existing substation. As part of this project, an access road will create approximately 0.011 acres (480 square feet) of disturbance to NYS Freshwater Wetlands MB-44, Class 2, and approximately 0.151 acres (6,578 square feet) of disturbance to the 100-foot adjacent area. The project is located on the south side of Round Hill Road, approximately 0.7 miles east of NY-208.

A total of 26,564 GPD is discharged from 6 existing outfalls and an additional 515 GPD is proposed from new Outfall 010. The facility is a seasonal day camp.

The applicant proposes approximately 800 linear feet of disturbances to the Saugerties Reservoir [Water Index Number H-171-11-P834, Class A(TS)] for hydraulic dredging to remove 18,000 cubic yards of silt in order to prevent sediment from clogging the water filtration system. This project is located on Saugerties Reservoir near the intersection of Blue Mountain Road and Reservoir Road.
