Negative Declaration

Genesee County - The Town of Pavilion Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District No. 7 (South East Area) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 22,350 linear foot of 8 inch and 12 inch diameter water main, valves, hydrants, and appurtenances along various roads in the Town of Pavilion. The proposed project will connect to existing water mains in the Town of Pavilion. The project is located along portions of Perry Road, Peoria Road, South Street Road, NYS Route 63, and York Road in the Town of Pavilion, New York.

Monroe County - The Town of Chili Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Repeal and Replace Chapter 500, Zoning, of the Town of Chili Town Code will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law to repeal and replace Chapter 500, Zoning, of its Town Code. The project is located throughout the Town of Chili, New York.

Ontario County - The Town of Canandaigua Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Outhouse Park West, Park Improvements Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal to develop Outhouse Park West for park purposes along the west side of Outhouse Road with one full size soccer field, an ADA playground, and a bathroom building with an attached picnic shelter. Eight (8) foot wide stone dust trails wind around and throughout the park and connect to the concrete walks around the perimeter of the playground. Landscaping will be installed throughout to provide screening, shade and aesthetics. These improvements will enhance the Town Park at Outhouse Park West. The project is located on Outhouse Road in the Town of Canandaigua, New York.

Schuyler County - The Town of Dix Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Duvall Road Solar Farm will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of a 5 mega watt Solar Array. The project is located Duvall Road in the Town of Dix, New York.

Wayne County - The Town of Rose Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2021 Amending Zoning Law to Add Regulations for Solar Farms and Battery Systems will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the repeal of the Town of Rose Solar Energy Law, Local Law No. 2 of 2018, and amending the Town of Rose Zoning Law to provide regulations for the construction and operation of solar farms and battery energy storage systems. The purpose of this Local Law is to advance and protect the public health, safety, and welfare of Town of Rose by creating regulations for the installation and use of solar energy generating systems and equipment and battery energy storage systems, with the objectives taking advantage of a safe, abundant, renewable and non-polluting energy resource while mitigating the impacts of solar farms and battery energy storage systems on adjacent uses and environmental resources such as important agricultural lands, forests, wildlife and other protected resources. The project is located throughout the Town of Rose, New York.
