As part of the Pasture Rock Subdivision Phase 2, the applicant proposes to construct a driveway and drainage structure associated with the construction of a single family house. This action will create approximately 0.03 acres (1,307 square feet) of disturbance within Freshwater Wetland RC-4, Class 2, and approximately 0.18 acres (7,841 square feet) of disturbance within the 100-foot adjacent area. The project involves construction of other single family homes on approved lots outside the regulated area. The project is located on the north side of Woody Row Road, near its intersection with Broadview Lane in the Town of Milan.

The applicant requests reauthorization of an existing discharge of 750 gallons per day of treated sanitary wastewater to a Stony Point Storm Drain (Class D water) which drains to a Trib to the Hudson River. Discharge is from a secondary treatment system at the applicant's facility address located at 30-34 James Street, Stony Point. The facility has residence dwellings totalling six (6) bedrooms). The previous permit expired 11/30/2011.
