Project Description:
The applicant proposes to demolish a one-story residential structure and shed within the adjacent area of an NYSDEC Class I regulated freshwater wetland NA-9 Dongan Hills. The project is located at 171 Graham Blvd, Block 3760, Lots 33 and 35, Staten Island.

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The application type is exempt and/or the project involves the continuation of an existing operational activity.
