Negative Declaration
Chautaugua County - The Town of Sheridan Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rak #1 Solar LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 5MW-AC Solar Project on a 62 acres parcel of land in the Town of Sheridan. The project sponsor, Saturn Power Corporation will develop approximately 26 acres of land for this purpose. No onsite energy storage is planned at this time. The project is located in the Town of Sheridan, New York.
