Negative Declaration

Oswego County - The Port of Oswego Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Plan Vision 2030 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. Pursuant to Section 1354 of the Public Authorities Law, the Port of Oswego Authority has undertaken a comprehensive process to prepare a comprehensive plan for the Oswego port district. The plan includes extensive background information, vision and goals, strategies and actions, and a series of maps depicting various resources in the Oswego port district. The project is located in the Oswego port district, 43.91 miles, in the City of Oswego and Town of Scriba, New York.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Onondaga County - The Town of Skaneateles Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Hidden Estates Lot 3 Re-Subdivision. The action involves an application made by Donald G. Spear and Emerald Estates Properties, L.P. (collectively, Applicant) to the Town of Skaneateles Planning Board for approval of a Conservation Subdivision which re-subdivides an 80.9 acre parcel into a Conservation Subdivision of 9 lots with an average of 6 acres per lot, and re-develops a private driveway to a Conservation Subdivision Private Road to serve a total of 12 residential lots, in the Rural and Farming and Lake Watershed Overlay zoning districts. The project is located at 3894 East Lake Road in the Town of Skaneateles, New York.
