Project Description: The action involves the construction of a salt storage structure at the existing Essex County Department of Public Works facility on US Route 9 to enclose the existing salt storage area and provide stormwater management. The new structure will be approximately 11,500 square foot in footprint and 51 foot in height and be accessed from the existing driveways on the project site. No new outdoor lighting, land clearing or change in operations is proposed.

Project Description: The project involves the dredging below the mean high water mark of Lake George to re-establish a historic private beach, with wetland restoration and mitigation.
Negative Declaration
Clinton County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC), as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Patnode Road Mine will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant for a new 5 acre life of mine on 53 acre parcel owned by the applicant. The estimated life of mine is 5 years. The excavation is occurring in a rock outcrop, with maximum depth of the excavation would be 35 foot, with 1V:1H slopes. All mining will remain a minimum of 5 foot above groundwater table. The mine would include blasting, crushing and screening. The portable crusher will be less than 125 tons per hour and no generator will be utilized. The proposed hours of operation are Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with no operations on Sunday or Legal Holidays. Blasting would occur between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday only. All blasting would be performed by a licensed contractor. The equipment to be used is a front-end loader, a dump truck, a rock drill, and one screening/ crushing plant. The mining operation will generate a maximum of 6 trips per hour, with an average of 1.3 trips per hour. The stormwater will be internally draining in the excavated areas. Upon completion of mining, the mine floor would be reclaimed to grassland, eventually it will revert back to a forested area. The project is located on Patnode Road, .25 miles east of Fournier Road in the Town of Chazy, New York.

Franklin County - The Town of Burke Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Burke Solar, LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction and operation of a 5-megawatt (MW) groundmounted photovoltaic (PV) Solar Facility on a 44.31 acre parcel of land. The Solar Facility will consist of 13,052 PV modules with a maximum height of 14 foot attached to a total of 185 tracker units, along with an inverter and transformer that will be mounted on a concrete pad. The solar arrays, which will occupy approximately 18.75 acres, will be enclosed by 3,631 foot of 7 foot high fixed Knot farm fence. The project is located at 5700 State Route 11 in the Town of Burke, New York.

The action involves the submission of an application for Mulberry Estates, Phase II by Kodiak Construction for a twenty-four (24) lot conservation subdivision. The property is located near entrance to Mulberry Estates on 17.65 acre(s), zoned R-1. The project is located at/on Cerulean Boulevard and Dandelion Drive in the Town of Wilton, New York.
