The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYS DEC) has determined that site ID # 738011, known as the Holbrook Property site, may be deleted from the New York State Registry of Inactive Hazardous Waste Disposal Sites. This site is located in the Town of Parish, within the County of Oswego, and is located on Bangall Road approximately 2 miles north of the intersection of NY Route 69 and Interstate 81. Comments regarding this action must be submitted no later than April 9, 2021. Negative Declaration

Chenango County - The Town of Plymouth as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendment of Law regarding Telecommunications Tower Special Permits will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment of the Town of Plymouth Local Law regarding Siting Wireles Telecommunicaitons Facilities to permit the Town to grant waivers for Special Permits. The project is located throughout the Town of Plymouth, New York.

Chenango County - The Town of Plymouth as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Application for Special Permit to Construct a Telecommunications Tower will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the consideration of an application by a Telecommunications provider for a special permit pursuant to Local Law of Town of
Plymouth to construct a telecommunications tower to provide emergency and nonemergency wireless communications in Township which currently has no such service. The project is located at 124 Cookhouse Road in the Town of Plymouth, New York.

Tompkins County - The City of Ithaca Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Apartments at 121 Oak Avenue will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by the applicant to construct a 4 story (plus basement) apartment building on the .192 acre vacant project site. The building will contain approximately 35 units with 30 efficiencies and 5 two bedroom units targeted to student renters. The site is sloped, falling from east to west, and the building will be built into the slope such that the ground floor will be completely beneath grade on the east side and at-grade on the west side. Retaining walls will be needed to accommodate stairs and walkways around the building. Site development will require relocation or undergrounding of the existing utility pole, and will include installation of landscaping, lighting, walkways and other side improvements. The project site is in the CR-4 Collegetown Area Form District (CAFD) and is subject to Design Review. As no parking is proposed for the project, the applicant will submit a Transportation Demand Management Plan (TDMP) for approval by the Planning Board in accordance with district regulations. The project is located at 121 Oak Avenue in the City of Ithaca, New York.
