Project Description: The project involves a three-lot subdivision creating a 58.77 acre lot with existing development, an 8.24 acre lot to be improved by a future single-family dwelling, and a 6.54 acre lot to be improved by a future single-family dwelling.


Negative Declaration

Lewis County - The Village of Lowville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Pollution Control Facility Improvements - Phase II will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the amendment and restatement of a Negative Declaration to include the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation as an involved agency. There are no changes in the project description of improvements to the Wastewater Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) Improvements Project to add additional capacity and new treatment technologies relining two lagoons with HDPE line, construction of a new chlorine contact tank and a new hypochlorite building to replace existing infrastructure . The project is located on the Village Wastewater Treatment Plant parcel on River Street and East State Street in the Village of Lowville, New York.

Oneida County - The Town of Marcy Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Bullitt Farm Solar, LLC will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a proposal by Bullitt Farm Solar, LLC to construct an approximately 5,000 kW solar photovoltaic array on a roughly 43 acre tract of land located at 6878 Fox Road in the Town of Marcy, New York. The project will consist of ground-mounted solar photovoltaic panels. The construction of the system will involve driving posts approximately 6 to 10 foot into the ground, or at depths appropriate for frost conditions, every 12 to 16 foot and mounting panels and racks to the posts. The solar farm will operate as a Community Distributed Generation (CDG) facility as prescribed by the New York State Public Service Commission under the electric tariffs of National Grid Electric.
