Negative Declaration

Monroe County - The Town of Irondequoit, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law to Amend Town Code Chapter 235, Article IV will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves an update of the regulations, included permitting uses, in Chapter IV which applies to areas predominantly developed as largely single-family neighborhoods. The revisions streamline the regulations and provide additional conditional uses that may be appropriate in neighborhood areas, subject a special use permit. The project is located throughout the Town of Irondequoit, New York.

Wayne County - The Town of Huron Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water District No. 9 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the establishment of Water District No. 9 which will provide access to public water for approximately 73 homes located in the southeastern quadrant of the Town of Huron along all or portions of Fifth Road, Wilson Street Road, lasher Road, Brown Road and Powers Road in the Town of Huron, New York. These residences currently experience water quality and quantity limitation with their individual well supplies. Capital improvement will include the installation of approximately 41, linear foot of 8 inch water main, valves, hydrants and related appurtenances.
