Negative Declaration

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kooshmerica Mixed-Use Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a nine story, 77,237 square foot mixed-use building consisting of 54 apartment units, one floor of commercial office space (9,640 square foot), one floor of retail space (9,640 square foot), and a rooftop terrace and meeting space, on a 0.217 acre parcel at 80 West Huron Street in the City of Buffalo, New York. The existing one-story commercial building on site would be demolished. A total of 15 parking spaces will be provided below grade with a new driveway connection to West Huron Street and 25 on-site bicycle parking spaces will be provided in the building.
