Project Description:

The applicant is proposing to modify the plans for the previously permitted disturbances to an unnamed tributary of Onondaga Lake (NYS Water Index #: Ont-66-12-12-P 154-1, Class B) in association to the construction of a 823,522 square foot multi-story warehouse and associated infrastructure within a 110-acre parcel. The proposed modifications are resultant from site layout revisions required for safer vehicle circulation and on-site parking enhancements. The proposed modifications consist of the relocation and widening (77-feet-wide to 190-feet-wide) of the southernmost stream crossing and the relocation of a stormwater management basin outfall. The project site is located northwest of the intersection of Morgan Road and Liverpool Bypass.

Evaluation using a Structural-Archaeological Assessment Form or other information has concluded that the proposed activity will not impact registered, eligible or inventoried archaeological sites or historic structures.

Coastal Management:

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

Project Description:

The applicant proposes to install a 9.5-megawatt photo voltaic solar array within an existing permitted topsoil mine. The mined land reclamation plan will be modified to include: a 40-acre solar array, 7-foot-tall fencing around the array, and associated appurtenant electrical structures within the 72-acre Life of Mine. Additionally, the mined land use permit will be renewed for a five-year term. The mine is located on the west side of County Route 6, 1,500 feet north of State Route 3.

No further review in accordance with SHPA is required.

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.
