Project Description:

The application proposes modify the existing permit for this Solid Waste Processing/Transfer Facility to increase the amount of recycled paper, cardboard, metal and plastic to 375 tons per day and increase the processing of Construction & Demolition debris to 300 tons per day. The currently permitted amount is a 375 tons per day total for all waste streams combined. All processing will be conducted within the 3 existing and recently renovated buildings. No new waste streams are to be added to the facility.

The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The application type is exempt and/or the project involves the continuation of an existing operational activity.

Coastal Management:

This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

It has been determined that the proposed action is not subject to CP-29.
