File an Annual Pesticide Report

All annual reports must be submitted electronically by February 1st each year, even if no applications or sales were made. Please visit the pesticide electronic reporting website for more information.

The recordkeeping example shown in the Important Links section on the right of this page includes samples of ideal recordkeeping information. Please use this as a guide when preparing annual reports and daily use records. The county codes for use in preparing annual reports can be found at the bottom of this page.

The PRL also reaffirms record keeping requirements for commercial permittees, commercial applicators/technicians and private applicators.

Records of the restricted pesticides purchased and used by a certified private applicator need to be maintained on the "Certified Private Applicator Record of Restricted Pesticide Purchase and Use" form. These forms are not submitted to the DEC, but maintained on site for at least three years. To obtain this form, contact us via email or telephone using the information on the right.
