Mandatory Annual Report for Vehicle Dismantlers
By March 1, 2020, all facilities that dismantle vehicles for parts or resell vehicles for scrap and that in the course of such operations remove vehicle fluids and waste components must file a 2019 Vehicle Dismantling Facility, Motor Vehicle Repair Shop and Mobile Vehicle Crusher Annual Report Form with this Department. A copy of the report must also be maintained at the facility.
