Electronic Reporting
Electronic reporting of emissions data through the Air Compliance and Emissions (ACE) Electronic Reporting is highly recommended. ACE is a secure web-based electronic data transfer program used by DEC's Division of Air Resources to receive emissions inventory reports from Title V facilities.
NYS regulations do not currently require electronic reporting; however, there are benefits to using ACE that are worth consideration such as:
- accessing previous years' data to populate current reports
- obtaining previous years' reports
- printing reports to mail to the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA)
