Forms and Instructions for the Bulk Storage Program
Various forms needed to apply for a bulk storage facility registration certificate or license and complete other facility requirements are provided below. Instructions and other guidance are intended to provide facility/tank owners and operators answers to commonly asked questions. Facility/tank owners should obtain a copy of the New York State bulk storage regulations from their local DEC Regional Office and read them carefully and in their entirety. Facility/tank owners are responsible for complying with all of New York State bulk storage regulations.
