DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application for a site known as Broome Street Parking Lot Site, site ID #C231137. This site is located in the Burough of Manhattan in New York County and is located on Broome Street between Norfolk and Suffolk Streets. Public comments about the application must be submitted by October 18, 2019.
