The comment period has been extended from April 25th to May 9, 2022. Comments to the Draft MHD ZEV MOU Action Plan (leaves DEC website) can be submitted to the NESCAUM portal (leaves DEC website).

DEC invites the public to comment about a proposal to address contamination related to the 408 West 207th Street site #C231147 (Manhattan, New York County) within New York's Brownfield Cleanup Program. Public comments about the proposal will be accepted through May 9, 2022.
