DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application for a site known as Buffalo Foundry & Machine Park of Innovation, site ID #C915392. This site is located in the City of Buffalo, within the County of Erie, and is located at 750 East Ferry Street. Public comments about the application must be submitted by March 31, 2023.

DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application for a site known as Conrail Hornell Landfill, site ID #C851002. This site is located in the Town of Hornellsville, within the County of Steuben, and is located at 6324 Ice House Road. Public comments about the application must be submitted by March 31, 2023.
