Brownfield App. and Work Plan - 43-25 52nd St. Site (Woodside) Comment Deadline

DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application and Draft Remedial Investigation Work Plan for a site known as 43-25 52nd Street, site ID #C241269. This site is located in the City of New York, within the County of Queens, and is located at 43-25 & 43-27 52nd Street. Public comments about the application must be submitted by March 24, 2023.

DEC invites the public to comment about a proposed expedited cleanup of contamination related to the 148-26 Hillside Avenue site #C241199 (Jamaica, Queens County), within New York’s Brownfield Cleanup Program. Public comments about the proposal will be accepted through March 24, 2023.
