A legislative hearing pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 621 (Uniform Procedures) to receive unsworn comments from the public on the ASF applications will be held on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be conducted electronically through Webex.

All persons, organizations, corporations, or government agencies who may be affected by the project are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the ASF applications. Instructions on how to attend the hearing are provided below, or by calling (518) 402-9003.

Persons wishing to comment on the applications will have the opportunity to make a statement at the public comment hearing. Any person wishing to provide a public statement must register in advance of the hearing no later than 10:00 a.m. January 30, 2023. Any person may listen to the hearing by phone without preregistering.

A public meeting has been scheduled on Tuesday January 31, 2023 at 6:00 PM at Salina Town Hall, 201 School Road, Liverpool, NY 13088 regarding a proposed remedy to address contamination related to the SYW-12 Site #734075A (Syracuse, Onondaga County) within New York’s State Superfund Program.
