DEC has received a Brownfield Cleanup Program (BCP) application for a site known as 2101 Kenmore Avenue Site, site ID #C915391. This site is located in the Town of Tonawanda within Erie County and is located at 2101 Kenmore Avenue. Public comments about the application must be submitted by December 9, 2022.

This site is located in the Hamlet of Bay Shore, in the Town of Islip, within the County of Suffolk, and is located at 1612 Fifth Avenue. Public comments about the application must be submitted by December 9, 2022.

Greenidge Generation LLC (Greenidge) filed an application to renew its Clean Air Act Title V air permit 8-5736-00004/00017, effective September 7, 2016, for the continued operation of a natural gas-fired electric generating facility (facility) in the Town of Torrey, Yates County, on Seneca Lake.
