The weather is warming up and nature is on the move! Join a Five Rivers educator for this playful movement class. We’ll stretch like a bobcat, hunt one-legged like a heron, and squat like a toad. This program is for children (ages 5-12) and their caregivers. Bring a towel or yoga mat. Meets outdoors in the pavilion but we will be on the lawn in the spring sunshine if conditions permit. Space is limited.

Call 518-475-0291 by Wednesday, May 11 to register.

Silent witnesses to the forest world, trees actually do and “say” a lot if you know how to listen! We’ll take a nature walk to discover what the trees can tell us as they shelter our neighborhoods and the wildlife that live among us. For ages 6 and up. Space is limited.

Call 518-475-0291 by Wednesday, May 11 to register.
